This may result in you being subjected to a failed collection charge.

Someone needs to be in from 08:00 to 18:00 on the day of collection, if this is not possible please contact us on 01302 595123.

We may need to call you if we have some additional questions about your collection. We won't contact you for any other reason.

You should receive two emails. One to confirm we have received your collection request and a second one with a date of collection and a courier reference number.

THIS FORM IS NOT FOR SENDING BACK A WARRANTY UNIT(S). IF YOU WISH TO CLAIM FOR A UNIT UNDER WARRANTY PLEASE FILL OUT A WARRANTY CLAIM FORM SEPERATELY.

Please put your old turbo in the box you received your new one in as it has a barcode sticker on it that links it to your account.

Never put more than 1 turbo in the same box. It increases the risk of the unit(s) becoming damaged in transit and can also cause admin problems for our returns department.

Turbochargers with electronic actuators MUST be returned attached to the unit, UNDAMAGED and with ALL outer plug connections intact. We highly recommend protecting vulnerable components as damages may lead to surcharge rejection.

If we arrange collection and they are not ready you may get charged for a failed collection, so please only submit this form when they are packaged and ready to be picked up.
