Old Units Collection

Please make it clear when contacting us via email whether you have requested the collection already, so it's not scheduled twice.

This may result in you being subjected to a failed collection charge.

Thank you for submitting your collection request.

Please expect 2 emails from us:

  • First confirming we received your request

  • Second when your request is processed with a date of collection and a courier reference number.

If you have not received any confirmation after submitting this form please check your spam folder.

Usually old unit collections are scheduled for the next day.

It may take slightly longer for us to process your collection request if it includes units that you are claiming for under warranty, as there is a little more admin work our end.

We may need to call you if we have some additional questions about your collection. We won't contact you for any other reason.

Please put your old turbo in the box you received your new one in as it has a barcode sticker on it that links it to your account.

Never put more than 1 turbo in the same box. It increases the risk of the unit(s) becoming damaged in transit and can also cause admin problems for our returns department.

Someone needs to be in from 08:00 to 18:00 on the day of collection, if this is not possible please contact us on 01302 595123.

You should receive two emails. One to confirm we have received your collection request and a second one with a date of collection and a courier reference number.

Please fill in a separate Warranty Claim Form for every unit you are claiming under warranty. Email completed forms to collections@recoturbo.co.uk

Put a copy of a completed form in the box with the turbo.

Customer Returns Note Number(s)

This ensures that your warranty will be processed as fast as possible.
